His actions represent that of your team. I've seen posts from this team and it seems like the team as a whole aspires to be professional and well-known. To have a player behaving this way is unprofessional and a professional organization should not/cannot tolerate this kind of behavior. The fact that a player in the organization does behave in such a way speaks to the professionalism of the organization. I have no intentions of bashing you, Believe, or the team, but I'm simply explaining to you why people do not see this as an acceptable form of behavior and why it is in the best interests of the team for this behavior to cease. | ||
