The Union of Americas Star League (UASL) is a new Team League that began in May of 2013.

The UASL is an All-America League. Season 1 has 8 teams that combine to represent 10 countries playing for a $150 USD prize.

UASL Season 1 has three phases:
-Round A: Proleague Format, Best of 7, each team plays vs. each of the other 7 teams one time in a one month period.
-Round B: All Kill Format, Best of 9, each team plays vs. each of the other 7 teams one time in a one month period.
-Final Playoffs: Top 4 teams advance to the Final Playoffs, format will be determined by 4 captains/coaches of advancing teams.
(UASL ends in July 2013)

Matches will be casted in English and Spanish, on the next schedule:
-Every Friday 8:30 pm (EST time)
-Every Sunday 8:00 pm (EST time)

UASL league managers hope to deliver exciting games through an organized and quality presentation for viewers in English and Spanish. In future seasons, the UASL plans to add additional teams and sponsors, and above all contribute to e-sports.

It's easy to see that a lot of time has been put into this league. Everyone competing is having a blast, and it's a blast to watch!
