hey, having a fun argument about great movies, here are two scenes. which one has better acting?
wild strawberries:

the master:

watch both from where i link to. if it doesnt work at the master go to 4 minutes 50 seconds

Yeah, lovely, because TL is so educated about movies.

Edit : and vote only if you seen the whole movie obviously...

you contradicted yourself there. we can stop though, because you wont change your mind. but if you can actually give me valid reasons on why that movie is superior in terms of acting to the master then we can go on, and maybe change my mind. cause i think a single camera shot without cutting and a ridiculous amount of expressions and emotions all tied to perfect dialogue is more imperssive than wooden acting and blunt camerawork.

its easy, you just watch both clips. its not hard to see the difference.

Well, I would say I can't really answer that question, but having watched both clips and having like the one from the master a lot more, I voted for it. The clip from wild strawberries is a lot more simple, so it's hard to judge. My intuition says that it required more skill to act the clip from the master, but I still respect the different class of emotional tapping required to successfully act the clip from wild strawberries.
