Hes obviously a map hacker, false clan tag and all is enough to prove that... but there no point in posting this, blizzard WON'T ban him if you post this here, you can try your luck in the official forum... they still won't ban him but they read those.
Exposing hackers is like reporting criminals, it is not bad mannered.

I understand playing against a maphacker is annoying but that BM was obnoxious.
