For some reason, I find this to be risky because of DotA2 being released. I love this game and all, but it's going to be a huge waste of time if DotA2 gets more love from the community.

If it works out though, it'll pretty nice to see the western/eastern mix of playstyles.

LoL has 10 million players a this point, is free to play and is a LOT more casual friendly than Dota2. Dota2 might attract more hardcore players but a small group of hardcore players doesnt fund big tournaments.

You might have noticed that AbsoluteLegends merged with Counter Logic Gaming some time ago. This collaboration didn't work out as it was supposed to do. As a reason of this, AbsoluteLegends will go its own way again. Therefore, AbsoluteLegends can be reached via www.absolutelegends.eu and we will also move back to the old Facebook Page. The League of Legends team will stay with Counter Logic Gaming and the team of mTL will play for AbsoluteLegends in the future. The team will be managed by Tomislav "flyy" Mihailov and it will have to following lineup:

» Markus "kottenx" Tingvall - Jungle

We will be going back to our original state but a bit more advanced with a new LoL team and a new Dota2 team. Our short stay in CLG didn't work out for the project but was more for the LoL team to begin with. I wish them the best of luck in CLG and their future.

As an addition to the League of Legends team AbsoluteLegends will have a Dota2 team. The team formerly played for Natural 9 and consists of the following players:

The team will be managed by godz and they also have some pretty good results in various tournaments. They won BenQ Clash #2 and secured second place in the Infused Cup.

EG is incredibly unpracticed, probably the worst so in NA. But they still have a fuckton of fans between Dan, Dyrus and Salce.
