city ban was always there. it is the part of rules and regulations in iccup which u accept it before registering and using the services. good luck with your law suit OP. | ||

I remember playing a game on a rigged FS on bnet east where the rigger gave himself over 10k minerals and gas to start off. It was funny too, cause he was playing standard and all to conceal the truth, and bragging as well on top of it. | ||
