his ban passed a long time ago
Anyone who signed him would instantly lose any and all credibility. Most competitions would probably ban him.
Don't see why. Sports athletes get a slap on the wrist and a 2 year ban generally. Let him serve his time, this life time ban is rubbish. He's still sAviOr man.
There's not much precedent, but match fixing in other sports generally does not get a "slap on the wrist". Calciopoli is probably the most recent/relevant example, and that resulted in clubs being relegated, trophies rescinded, the involved parties being banned for life etc.
Clubs being relegated and trophies rescinded is a slap on the wrist. Milan/Juventus got back up quickly. It's hardly the same as a ban for life. Look at the whole Hansie/Gibbs SA India scandle. Most of them got a slap on the wrist. Hell professional Cyclists got a 2 year ban for doping.

Sometimes quiet is better, unlike publicity stunts.
I agree. But I think other teams would have talked about huge announcements that involve player transfers.
You guys figured out the announcement a long time ago. Everything since then has just been misdirection to get the hype up. They're trying to misdirect even more because you guys figured it out(aka it leaked) so fast.
imagine it's true that EG is getting IM and is sending all of them to their team house ... well that would be sort of a shattering news. although unimaginable as many IM players earn a lot
