Ok so Kurumi has the queen portrait meaning he is an active poster, also he joined the site a little over 2 years, these two facts suggest that he is somewhat known and probably has specific friends and enemies alike on the site. I believe it is these key individuals who are the intended victims of Kurumis plan. Which means that this master plan is not at all a large troll on the community, rather the open community involvement as a result of this blog is a component of his master plan, a component meant to further humiliate Kurumis targets, the planis is meant to affect just a few people. This blog will most likely be updated in time with details of the next stage or the results of Kurumis plan.

backing up the presumption that Kurumi is aiming for a few key individuals is how he alludes to a specific thread/part/group on this site that most likely contains Kurumi's targets, these individuals most likely understand the underlying nature of Kurumi's plan because they understand the context of his words. How much they actually know of Kurumi's scheme depends on a few factors, their own intelligence Kurumis intelligence and Kurumi's intentions(intentions on how much of his plan he actually wants them to see coming)

As for the thread he's referring to, Im sure it has to be one that is frequently updated, one that contains a certain degree of rage(I'm going by his exaggerated claims of lying and thievery that most likely hold a grain of truth). We can dismiss blogs section(because blogs arent really a frequently attended body) and all the sections pertaining to sc2 because I'm not really seeing the connection to Pokemon in the few threads that are ongoing there, Therefore I believe the thread exists somewhere within the general forums. Perhaps the banlist? Too little to go on for now.

Finally the one thing we must all keep in mind is the fact that Kurumi is in fact crazy, a quick scan of his profile reveals that he/she loves hello kitty and the joker equally(also I think he/she says somewhere that he/she is crazy) so all of this might be totally off and the master plan may not even exist.
