I jumped on baal because he's attacking the kid for all the wrong reasons. The chick with no face entering a beauty contest is not a comparison, THIS KID IS NOT TRYING TO COMPETE. I have talked to this kid(his teacher's help him talk on bnet) and he goes to the school for the blind, not all of them are completely blind. He wasn't trying to be normal or some stupid shit like that, he can already do that with his music. He wanted to experience STARCRAFT, it had nothing to do with being normal. He's wanting to experience an amazing game and baal bashes him for it, claiming he shouldn't even try just because he's fucking blind. It is not like he is trying to become a great player, he just wants to play.
What is the big fucking deal? Why must baal degrade him for wanting to play starcraft, just because he is blind.

Baal attacks the person because he is blind, he treats him as if he is somehow very different from himself, somehow less than baal is. Fuckin condescending piece of shit. I used to like baal, but the more you talk to him the more you learn his view of the world is terribly skewed with thoughts that nobody is better than him.

baal i can see your side of the argument too, which is why im not flaming you. even though i dont agree with you, i understand how you feel about people with disabilities trying to live normal lives. i admit it could be frustrating or annoying that these people need so much help. it may seem like a waste of time.
you dont have to agree with us (these people are flaming you like crazy and its stupid), but just also try to see it from the other side. if one day you suddenly became blind, wouldnt you want to continue some of the activities you enjoyed? or do other things that require sight? you could never drive a car again.
theres a girl that goes to my school and has no legs. shes very smart and perfectly normal in all other ways. lets say she drops her notebook on the floor and cant pick it up. should we hate her because shes trying to learn?
again, just showing both sides and asking you to consider. i think we need to stop flaming people who we disagree with.

when the thread was open you didn't even knew how he looked ,and never(probably)seen him play but still it was like: "oh man this is so fucking great" (so don't tell me it wasn't only because he was blind)

they always put the deaf part before the music part like you do now: "he is blind and plays starcraft, this is so great"
If he only played because he wanted to have a feel of starcraft and because his friends were doing it i don't see what is so great about it.

It was an exhibition match that was played during the apex of BoxeR's fame. It had a purpose, and it adequately fulfilled it.
