As I'm sure many of you have heard, Greg "IdrA" Fields tragically passed away yesterday after a grueling seven game series with Team Liquid's Jinro. The entire Starcraft community was shocked by this terrible news. To celebrate Greg's memory, GomTV today aired a special montage of his GSL games before the Code S group matches he was scheduled to compete in.
Other GSL competitors shared their feelings about his passing in their post-game interviews. TSL_Clide seemed to be in shock. "I feel bit numb." He also regretted that their rivalry wasn't always so friendly. "I hope he did not leave... because of me. I was very rude to him."
Fellow Zerg oGsZenio was despondent. "I'm very sorry that he left us."
IdrA has left an empty booth on the GSL stage, and an empty place in our hearts as well. I thought I would post this thread as a place to memorialize our favorite IdrA moments. Remember the time SlayerS_Boxer called him "Grack" on battle.net? How about the time he six-pooled Jinro on Jungle Basin, or the time Artosis didn't give him a high-five?
