I was just curious if anyone else has been doing any yoga for a while? I've started doing it every morning before I start playing, and I've found it to help me improve my apm in the morning. Also, the only mornings I've ever cut my fingers on the keyboard were mornings in which I didn't do yoga. I was thinking it might just be something with increasing blood flow to my fingers or something, preventing myself from being able to mash them in between the keys. Anyone else ever try doing things like that?

Why all the haters? My entire rowing group does hot yoga as a stretching exercise once a week.

Edit: You guys are missing out on meeting the flexible chicks too. I don't advocate going though so the guy/girl ratio stays favorable for me.

Doesn't Jaedongs team dress up and do some kind of dance to get loosened up before big matches? I mean I get nervous when I'm playing in tournies, but yoga helps cool me down with a slight bit of meditation.

i started doing yoga after i started p90x. it's helped me improve flexibility, core and leg strength. as for increased blood flow... im pretty sure any active activity will get u that result -_-
