so, if i was able to play the first phase of the beta, am I already qualified to play the 2nd phase? i mean do i have to get a hold of another beta key or sign up for the 2nd phase in order to play again? | ||

Everyone who was in the phase 1 can play in phase 2 with the same account. Don't know if there is an "Sign in to SC2 beta" option in your bnet account but if it's still there, just sign in with your newly accuired betakey and enjoy the game when the phase 2 comes out.
