When it comes to pre orders with beta keys, a lot of stores are getting it now all over the place, or so it seams at least. I would recommend checking out GameStop, GAME and EBGames. Call your local store and ask. And use the search function on these boards (and googel of course). Also, theoretically you can pre-order from the states and use that beta key anywhere, the two problems attached to this is 1) no one knows if the retail version will work in the same way, or if you are suddenly locked in to a US server with a US retail edition and 2) most beta key pre-order seams like they can't be cancelled, and the shipping cost from say the US to EU can be more then the actual game. When it comes to latency and lag when playing on the wrong server, I really don't know, but when watching streams and tournaments their is discussions of lag issues when EU players face of with US players on the US servers, so my guess is that it is far from as smooth as being in the right region. I'm still hunting a key myself, so that's why I'm trying to read up on this stuff hopefully I haven't posted any incorrect information. | ||
