It's possible that your desktop shortcut is just bugged, causing a false alarm. That happened to me last week sometime. Try opening from the actual game file.

No, there isn't, and yes, it sucks.

There is a way to switch servers if you have an EU account. If you do, all you need is the EUbase.sc2data file and switch it out with the USbase.sc2data file and you can log onto the EU server with your EU account.

Dang it!! I just managed to patch my Starcraft 2 Beta files correctly without all the CRC errors and then this happens. *sigh* Guess I'll wait a few hours and see if it comes back online. :/

I believe we're on WOW servers. They usually do maintenance till 2pm.
