(However, he is one of the best series players to ever play the game, no one expected him to win Ever OSL 08 either.) Secondly, I don't think he can beat Jaedong or Flash, (<-though that is more likely)... He can definitely beat skyhigh. He is a new player with no where near the experience and a lackluster set of victories in TvZ... | ||

But having a road of Rock, Backho, and Best for his OSL, not to mention an all Z Ro16 group is not too impressive. Also, even though he has better chances against Skyhigh than Jaedong or Flash, I still believe he will lose. July lost to pepe last GOM season ffs | ||

Fair point. My argument though would be that both players haven't been performing well at the time. The all star race battle TvZ was held on March 16, 2009 if I'm not mistaken. Hwasin at the time was 4-6 in his last 10 TvZs. To be fair the losses were to by.hero, Luxury, Hyvaa, and Yarnc and the wins were against Jaedong (on Byzantium, the same map Ganzi beat Jaedong), Luxury (again on Byzantium; and another game on Andromeda which I will not disregard), and by.hero (in a Bo3 in which Hwasin lost 1-2). Following though Hwasin hasn't been doing too bad TvZ. Nada on the other hand was 8-2 in his last 10 TvZ at the time. However his last 2 games then were over a month before the all star battle (loss to Effort and win over Kwanro) and his last 2 games before that were almost 4 months before that. In addition, his most "impressive" wins were over Savior (3-0. 1 game on Byzantium (see above) and 1 on Destination (60% TvZ) and a game on Andromeda which I will not disregard). In addition, Nada's next TvZ AFTER the all star battle was a 1-2 loss to Falcon in this season's GOM, over a complete month after the all star battle meaning Nada hasn't played an official TvZ game within 1 month of the all star battle therefore it is not such a reliable piece of evidence. PS. I didn't bother watching the games so I won't talk about their content. I'll leave that to someone else to discuss. | ||
