I could have swore Effort was going to win that fight it looked like his scourge ALL found their targets...was JD's muta count THAT much higher or did he just clone really poorly and they all suicided like 2 mutas total?

Jaedong's timing was just spot on to nail that few second window when he had +1 and Effort didn't. Effort's upgrade came just a few seconds too late, during the battle after jaedong had got some shots in and the decisive advantage.
