What Elyvion said is correct. HiyA scoured Kal's base after the robo was proxied, but didn't get turrets up in time. The first reaver got several SCV kills, and a tank, it might have been two. Kal tried to break HiyA's nat with 4 goons at the same time, but was unsuccessful and lost his reaver and a couple of goons. He tried to harass again, this time with 2 reavers, but it seemed ineffective. Kal has started his third, and hiya knows (it's the one with the bridges, now walled off with pylons and a forge. He has a reaver, or perhaps two in a damaged shuttle, flying it around. Hiya has a dropship, acadamy, starport, armory, basically all of his tech. He's on two bases though, and looks to have a low tank count. Kal's obs sees the dropship. | ||

What's more is his unit balance. Hiya went almost ALL tanks at first, so what does Kal do? He goes all goons and gets obliterated. Then they switched up; Kal tries to produce all zealots but doesn't even reach the tanks because Hiya has started producing all vultures. | ||

You're discrediting fOrGG for facing worse opponents? If you look at the whole season, he has a better proleague record and hasn't lost any matches that would make you stare in disbelief. Even though July lost, July is good enough and has a chance against Terran mech on both Medusa and Andromeda. There is a lot room and distance to help a zerg flank. Then if Lecaf decides to send Protoss, July will be the favorite. As for zerg, July may be able to go toe to toe with Jaedong. That's what I'm guessing the STX coach was thinking. | ||
