Vultures are also really good against arbiters - Look at Skyhigh (the games you just watched) he didn't go sci vessel at all (which also probably indicates that he didn't go above 1-1, weird) and beat out Best's Arbiter style. Mines counter recall, vultures are really just mean to soak anyways, so stasising them or the tanks doesn't do that well, and it really does take a large amount of units to beat vultures because they beat down goons and stuff just by sheer numbers. And you can conserve them really well, because they're good at running away.
