July's ZvT has always sucked except in 2004 or so when he raped Oov.
Plus, any Terran, known or unknown, is always a threat to Zerg players.

Pepe was actually playing quite good, spreding his tanks, good use of Dmatrix, extremely good MnM micro, one of the most impressive I've seen recently. His macro isn't ForGG level but umm he really deserved that win.

It was too sad to hear, so they played the intro just as tasteless was going to say what happened to July.

I am not sure if it was all due to his spectacular micro. July sometimes misplaced his lurkers, i.e. in siege range / during the final flank he lost about 3-4 right away because they were rather clumped.
But in the end, pepe did really well. One thing I was wondering about though was if pepe had planned exactly this build order on this map, meaning MM with Tank support for a fast push. At least that would explain the weird dualraxx one factory buildup. So July essentially rain straight into the counter of his strategy.

Actually mumyung did 3hatch before pool and rock did forge 2 cannon nex gate, so I dont think mumyungs opening was as bad as tasteless implies.

hmmm, I think FBH was just screwing around with stuff, he wants to focus on the MSL since he might win there given the improvement in this TvP matchup. His TvT is real good but I think he was testing proxies and builds for the maps that he can use against Protoss enemies in the MSL.
I think he wants to go home early to practice against Stork and JangBi for the MSL, which kinda reminds me if Stork is practicing against FBH for the OSL...
