Uuuh, he made it.
Also, in the shadows of the big actual upsets, both Kwanro and YoonJoong get 2-0ed first game.
At least Effort delivers.

Jaedong is eliminated by Flash in two leagues, then loses 0-2 in the group stages of Ever, loses 0-3 in the finals of arena msl, and fails to qualify for the next osl.
I don't care what you say, these recent events are going to be a HUGE hit to Jaedong. I expect a slump.

UGH, I can't believe jaedong lost.
That sucks hard.

I believe Han is the same Protoss that knocked out Boxer in the last MSL qualifiers...

This format is ruthless...which means if Savior makes it out, he'll have earned it. It'd be really cool to see both Iris and Savior in the OSL again.

I think the slump of JD already started. This lost to han I think, is a result from the big upset of the MSL finals - 0-3 is not a joke - he got completely dominated by fOrGG and I think we will be able to see some more upsetting results from JD in the near future .

Self evaluation of my predictions:
+ Show Spoiler [Day 1] +EARLY GROUPSGroup A - Spear - Lost in Finals - I still think he should have been able to get out of that group. His loss in the finals is his own fauly after letting the hour long frist game that ended in a draw get to him. I give myself half a pointGroup B - Tester - Advances! - As I expected One full pointGroup C - hyvaa - Lost in Finals - I'll use the excuse that ZvZ outcomes can be unpredictable. Half a pointGroup D - Kal - Advances! - This one was easy. One pointGroup E - Jaedong - Lost in Finals - Seriously? Who the fuck is han? Jaedong had no excuse not to win his final match. Half a pointGroup F - 815 - Lost in Round of Four - Some nice upsets in this group. You are better than that 815, but you failed. You had a relatively easy group too. No pointsThree and a half points for the first segment. Pretty good I think. None of my predictions lost in the first round, and only one didn't make it to the finals. LATE GROUPSGroup G - TT - Lost in Round of Four - I know you could have cheesed your way to victory, and I think you would have beat Iris had you made it to the finals, but you didn't. No pointsGroup H - Light - Advances! - The winner of each match in the group was who I thought would win. Plus oneGroup I - go.go - Advances! - This one was too easy. One moreGroup J - DaezanG - Failed - Clearly I made the wrong call on this one. Oops. No pointsGroup K - Shudder - Lost in Round of Four - I knew I should have went with HerO in this group. But I didn't. No pointsGroup L - Sheis - Failed - Your TvZ is good and you had no business losing that match. NothingSo the later group only gave me two points. Average I'd say. When they got to the finals they delivered, otherwise they pretty much sucked. I think my picks could have done better (obviously), but I don't think there were any major surpises from these six groups as to the six players advancing.
I am also going to change some of my Day 2 predictions after giving them some thought, I'll get those re-posted in a bit.

Wow, I totally missed this thread earlier. Thanks for all the information, this is amazing !
....but who the fuck is han? Also, will VOD's from offlines ever be uploaded anywhere? I'm mildly interested in seeing JD's series against leta.

Jaedong can make the next OSL, right? I'm asking this because I read article long ago about how a progamer failed at offlines and couldnt be present for 3 osls.
