The event was fun. Howie's did have some interesting limitations but they are really damn cheap right now... $9 for an all day pass, when they are open from 11AM to 2AM? That's insane. Interesting that they didn't give us a bulk discount for bringing them so much business. The "howie's crowd" was interesting as well. LOTS of young kids. I felt like an old man "trying to be cool" just by being there, lol. Like the old guy that says "led zeppelin is true rock and roll, fuck this new shit!", I felt like none of these kids even knew what starcraft was, and DOTA was the closest thing they've seen to a competitive RTS.
