Each match will be a seven game series using a 'Skins' prize system.Source: An article from fomos.kr. Watchable on the YaoYuan stream.
Format
The term 'skins' comes from golf, for a tournament where the prize money based on winning individual holes. Win the hole/game, win the 'skin'. For this tournament, winning the first game will net the progamer 100,000 KRW (~100 USD), while the next game is worth 200,000 KRW (~200 USD) and so forth. There will also be bonuses for streaks, like winning 2 games in a row will net a 200,000 KRW (~200 USD) bonus, etc. Thus, with a perfect score on the day, a player could end up with a total prize of more than 5,000,000 KRW (~5000 USD).

The event is also supporting the 'Beautiful Foundation' by donating 10% of each player's prize money to the foundation in their name.
Broadcasting
The showmatches will be played on MBCGame at 18:30 KST, two days of the week (Tue/Thurs) with a set of commentators for each day. Watchable on the YaoYuan stream.

given anytime and bisu's recent performance it is far more likely it is bisu who will have to step his game up

Omg. Is nO.1 commentating or playing? He used to be my favourite terran progamer back in 2002 (because, unlike the other T's he couldn't beat Zerg at all, which means Yellow got a few wins, and he could destroy any Terran, which means Boxer lost a few games). I remember some epic TvTs with him playing.
This is going to be so awesom, and Flash is going to make such a killing.

there will be 7 games because there is a possibility of 7 game streak but how the matchup in round will be determined ? There are a possibility of 12 players so all players wont play all players ? So will it works like that ?
one player with 1-0 will meet in 2nd round a player with 1-0, in the 3rd round one player with 2-0 will have more chance to play a player with 2-0 ?
The best players meet the best players ?
Or is it random ?
Also how the list of player is determined ?
The list Anytime, Bisu, Sea, Free, Hwasin, Stork, Flash, Go.go (because he has good stats of proleague) is ok

As far as I can guess from the article. They're going to play all 7 games as there is money for each game. 100000 -> 700000 KRW prize for winning the game. This doesn't seem like an invitational tournament, so really the invite criteria is similar to B.Net Attack where they get whoever they want. 910 and Go.Go while a weird choice, have a nice rivalry going on from one of the group select stages when go.go said 910 sucked at starcraft while 910 called him a bug abusing terran.
We'll just probably have to see after the first match to see exactly how the format works.
Luckily, no one will really mind missing 7 TvT games between two mediocre terrans.

Probably not, as the details kinda iffy at the moment. Maybe if they have a season after this and we understand it better. But by that time, we'll probably be in full swing with proleagues and starleagues such that there should enough bets to keep you company.

Why does savior have the chance (or the burden) to play twice? I guess jaedong refused because of finals and then they took savior twice?
I hope he performes well even tough i root for sea and flash. To loose 0-7 would be pretty crazy.

No, I dont think this is BO7. Player will play all 7 games, and win money for each game. But what I am curious is that : the winner will have to face each other right ? Or it is a round robin format ?

GOM =/= MBC Game. GOM only shows those matches that they sponsor. You will need to have an MBC stream to watch.

Hm, this will probably count in the same way the GSI did, special events on the tlpd. I'm looking forward to the Savior/Sea game myself, even if the indication is so far Savior'll get rolled.

7 games is too much, see how good savior preformed, he litterly outplayed Flash the first 3 games. But then he might have lost some focus, or got some money under the table hard to believe he dominating steak ended just after the 3 game break..
I have never seen Flash so out of control. even though they are my 2 favorite players I find it hard to look at 7 games in a row with them
