Best, Bisu, Snow, Rain, massive gap, mini, big gap, Stork, Tyson, Shuttle, YSC, Motive, free are the only decently consistent Protosses out there, and outside of the top 4 (and Rain doesn't regularly compete, so really just top 3), none of those other Ps are appreciably better than lower first class Ts like Mind/Scan/Mong/JyJ/sSak or lower first class Zs like JD/Action/Clam/Larva/Sacsri/Zelot/BTS. Z has more first class players (soma, soulkey, zero, hero) than P, w/ soma and soulkey legit contenders for best players in the world. No P is a contender for best player in the world (sorry, Snow and Best). T, meanwhile, has Flash/Light/arguably Rush and Royal (dark horses, they are playing quite well) as contenders for best player in the world. Protoss players just aren't as good as T and Z. I think ZvP is heavily favored for Z but it's also just the fact that Protoss players aren't as skilled as T or Z. | ||

Fantasy has been playing the ladder and regularly uploading Terran guides on his youtube channel. Pretty sure he would qualify if he decided to play ASL. Took him 6 months from zero to win that Saudi cup. ASL qualifier is a much lower bar, so probably would take a few weeks of training. Imagine also, if Last unretired (and injury permitted). No race has such a rich pool of top tier players. | ||

Reading this it feels like you don't follow spons, proleague, kcm, or eloboard.... tell me if I am wrong but I disagree with numerous takes here, but some takes seem completely detached from the current state of BW pro play. Rain: He's not in "great shape' at all. He's not been very active whatsoever and actually currently has a kind of mediocre performance going by his standards. He's a worse performer at this exact point in time in everything compared to Mini. Rain's doing so poorly he's dropped all the way down to rank 30 on Eloboard. That's the lowest he has EVER been. Mini: Mini actually looked good in everything, sSak just got the better of him. It happens. Mini's been hovering in the top 8 for pretty much all of the past few years on eloboard. sSak's very active and just in great shape. sSak being in great shape and beating Mini =/= Mini being in terrible washed up shape. That claim just doesn't hold any truth. It's made-up and not reflected in ANY of Mini's results. Jaedong: ranking Jaedong in his current 2026 form as anything other than a tier 1 zerg is outrageous. He's been the number #1 performing zerg in 2026 so far. HerO: Hero's been performing his worst in years since around november 2025 and hasn't regained his form yet. We'll have to wait and see how he holds and if he gets his form back together. But going by everything he's currently a tier 2 zerg, not a tier 1 zerg. | ||

Terran enjoys a 55% winrate for decades already while z and p deal with 47%. We had 'geniuses' like Sea and Nada who stayed high level for years despite not playing much. Hell I wish the mech switch meta back because at least there was less tesagi denial back in those days when TvZ was 60%. I would respect you terrans more if you did not try to gaslight everyone else that it must be a talent difference. In reality you all deep down know that tesagi is real but you are too bad to exploit it. This is why we had the biggest known ragers in the game playing terran are complete narcissist with idra, artosis or recently gypsy, because they also know that deep down they main a 55% winrate race but still suck ass, so they have to lash out because it goes against their own weird narrative of always being the victim.
