Group B: Rooting for my boy Ssak
Group C: Rooting for my boy Shine
Group D: meh.
Group E: meh, except I feel like Rush might seriously not get out, which would be sad
Group F: group of death and the saddest one of all - i want best, jd and queen all in ro16 in this day and age of terrans.

Not super enthralled with this season but there's a decent chance ro16 on could be OK.

Would have preferred if we didn't care what Flash was doing and just made super interesting maps even if they were a bit imbalanced. It's like going through the motions with Brood War these days. Which, hey, it's basically a Korean game at this point and if this is how they want to play it then fine. There should be other RTS pulling our attention anyway, after 30 years. So I don't really care that much.

Sad for Mini but maybe he gets to relax and play another game or something. His PvT has been sagging for a while and I don't blame him for going down, despite some questionable plays. It is what it is. But can't say I care about the outcome of this season without someone like Mini making a run.
I will say how Larva qualified was stuff of legends and I hope he goes far. That was an awesome display of skill.

Whoever is in control of the map pool should be fired. The Terran favouritism is insane and is going to ruin what had been a good thing with recent ASL seasons. Terrans outnumbering Protoss and Zerg combined is not a good thing for the scene.

Pretty disappointing.

terrans were getting blasted in spons and proleaguee, but 15 made it in LOL.
Tbh a lot of zergs eliminated zergs. It is more a result of protoss ans zerg eliminarmting one anothe. Also effOrt missing signup alsp hurts zerg.

Glad Speed, Scan, and Ample got in. Moonlight Proleague members thriving!

To be honest, I usually don't criticize SOOP, after all, hosting ASL is a loss for them. But this year's ASL from ASL Open Match to grouping with Ro24 was almost a disaster. Why spend so much time live streaming ASL Open Match, for a total of 10 hours a week just for two qualifying spots? There is no need for Ro24 groups to necessarily broadcast live. I can accept them selecting some interesting groups behind the scenes for ratings and balance, instead of broadcasting a bunch of mirror match
