Background
It's never been a better time to play Starcraft. Vietnam is a country tightly tucked between China and a bunch of insignificant countries in Southeast Asia, and we love Broodwar. Fresh from our battles with the French and the Americans, we believe our guerilla tactics can offer much value to the Starcraft scene in 2024.

This is the second season of our tournament SCVN, the number-one Broodwar tournament in Vietnam. We plan to host 4 seasons per year. Each season will consist of 2 leagues: Series B and Series A. Series B play first and the top 4 winners will qualify for Series A, where the top 4 winners from the previous season await!

Format
In the group stage, we have 3 groups of 4 players each. We play round-robin BO3s where the 3 number-one finishers make it to the winning bracket of the elimination stage.
The 3 number-two finishers play a tiebreak (BO1) to determine the 4th player to the winning bracket of the elimination stage. The two players who did not make it will be placed in the losing bracket of the elimination stage.
The 3 number-three finishers play a tiebreak (BO1) where the top 2 finishers will be placed in the losing bracket of the elimination stage.
In the double elimination stage, the brackets play BO5 over 5 days to determine the 2 finalists.
In the finals, the 2 players play BO7, where the player who progressed from the winning bracket is gifted a free win.

Winner: 3 million VND (~120 USD)
2nd place: 2 million VND (~80 USD)
