The map currently sits at ~60% for all three matchups with the classic order of P>T>Z>P, so it would be weird if it's not banned by either of the players. Kind of shame because games on this map is so great for viewers. The other day Light and Queen had a 50 minute game with all bases taken, BCs, Queens, Devourers and whatnot... | ||

Kinda bizarre to me that you make such a crazy, gimmicky map specifically for tournament use.. and then don't make it a mandatory map for either ro24 or ro16 opening matches.. glad that we actually see it being used a lot outside the ASL provides some truly excellent and unique games | ||

JyJ got caught out early with a bad vulture engagement, losing some SCV's. But somehow he came back with a very early tank, to do huge damage to Rush's natural. Then snowballed from there. | ||

Rax didn't play bad but got dispatched hard, he's not ro8 caliber yet, maybe in future we'll see if he can make it. Glad we got Rush vs. ZerO as last bo5 because this will decide who is the best terran or zerg. Shame Rush is out but he needs to work on his decision making. Based on seedings you'd expect at least 2 from the initial 2 groups (Zero was a favourite in his group and we had to have at least one Z from group A). We might not get another zerg from the other groups. SK is in the group of death and Hero, while likely to get a #1 or #2 in his group, is no certainty. It's def possible we have a T & Z only group of 8 though. Damn that'd be grim. | ||

Games like Rush vs Queen on HBR make me question TvZ. I mean, yes, Queen's tech was delayed but the fact I was already getting worried about him when I saw his hive timing while he absolutely shredded Rush's natural is very telling.
