He had to know sth was iffy when he saw no CC, no real interest in killing gas and no 2nd rax in main. Maybe he disrespects BarrackS so much that he thought he crumbled under pressure. That was extremely close - and you could see it in Bisus reaction after the game, too. | ||

Hyun with greedy 3-base muta just suppresses Sharp's marine count and economy. Absolutely no idea why Sharp was stuck on 2-rax teching to Valkyries. Kind of shows his lack of macro compared to the likes of Light, Flash and Last. Even sent in a "manner hydra" into the Sharp's natural mineral line just to tell him that it was over before the 8 lurkers morphed. A-move with everything and Sharp just fell over and died | ||

To make matters worse, he's been complaining of wrist/hand pain recently so his physical window might be closing as well Really nice guy and the pros would say he is at def Ro 16 material on paper but at this point it's foolish to expect anything from him except disappointment Only hope is that after he gets married in a few weeks, he follows the Rush playbook of improving a lot after starting a family | ||

Loved the cute lurker micro when he was so up vs Hyun too, just style points. Bisu being Bisu, absolutely crushed with his initial zealot vs Hyun. Follow up w/ mixing in the DTs was just on brand too. | ||

Some less mechanically gifted lower tier players feel they have to "outsmart" or gamble to beat higher tier players because both their mechanics and game sense for longer games don't hold up against the higher tier player. Sometimes higher tier players feel they can get away with cutting some corners or overcommitting precisely because they have better game sense and mechanics, which then sometimes results in the higher tier player making mistakes they would otherwise not make because there's a limit to what you can get away with cutting corners or changing optimizations. And then there's cases where a lower tier player knows/or thinks a higher tier player has a specific weakness they want to/can exploit. There's a bunch of gambling involved that can affect match quality. | ||

Sharp and Mong have been fodder for the ro24 for almost 5 years. | ||

Where did you get them? Is there an online table/bracket for ASL player bets? ---------------------------------------------------------- I feel like Bisu always get's the most of our criticism/rants (including mine of course) among all other ASL players because we all expect him to back up his demigod/icon status with his gameplay, yet he sometimes fails flat/stupidly. However, the fact remains - coming into ASL15 Bisu is now sharing the NR. 2 position together with Rain as the greatest ASL player of all time by winrate - both at over 59%. | ||
