Flash is streaming and playing regularly. What he is doing is there for everyone to see publicly. No need to speculate. He would start the stream by watching and commentating on the university league, then play some games, either proleagues or ultimate battles. He may have the surgery but as far as we know he's still playing a fair amount of games online. In April he registered 66 games on eloboard. That's not a low number at all compared to other pros, and more than Light (29), Snow (59), Soulkey (64), Bisu (53), and many more | ||

The game against Queen was just wizardry, it seemed he was everywhere at once and always had exactly the right amount of unit to achieve what he needed, everywhere on the map. Jaedong didn’t look like he even stood a chance. And he obliterated Bisu and Best with timing pushes that seemed totally unstoppable. If that’s the shape he is on, we will see a lot of him in the next ASL | ||

For instance I find that korean players on ladder usually all have extremely good worker control even at low level. Surely they must learn that somehow. Or when the coaches tell the female players "ok practice this build" there must be more than mindlessly copying the bo. I saw a few games where the pros commented in passing how a particular player was good at following their advice to adapt in specific ways (eg if you see this do that etc) | ||

You would have to dig through his vods. | ||
