You can do that manually, although it's a bit laborious but I guess if you are a programmer you can code something and run everything in one click.

Just go to the advanced search page: http://eloboard.com/men/bbs/board.php?bo_table=search_list
then type in the map name and time period you want, check the "proleague" box (or not if you want all games), and leave the player boxes empty. It will give you all the games that have been played on that map with the winner in one column and loser in the other. Luckily there's always a "P/T/Z" next to the player's name so you can copy the whole thing to a spreadsheet and from there work your way towards whatever stats you want.

For example I am no programmer but with just some simple filter commands on Excel I'm able to work out that since Jan 2024 the win rate (Proleague only) for NDO are 47.6% PvT, 40.9% TvZ and 51.1% ZvP.
