Considering that it is currently almost 10am in Germany right now, and 17:00 in korea, if the match is at 19:00 it will be in 2 hours unless it is at 14:00 in Germany in which it will be at 21:00 KST. [19:00 KST = 12:00 CET or 14:00 CET = 21:00 KST)
