Don't forget Midas was the most feared player in the beginning of the season, everyone stayed away from him like fire, in selection ceremonies.. he was the one player nobody wanted to get in his group, monster in every mu. Then he messed up bad :-) But its not like his monstrosity disappeared. I really think he's going to kick serious ass next season.

Midas only started winning Ace matches recently, he was on a big losing streak with them.
Lost more than won, is my guess.

What is Midas' record in ace matches this season anyhow? Seems like he's been winning them like Kang Min was in the past - crazy.

11-4 overall in Proleague 2007. (Dunno about ace matches).

He's only lost to NaDa, Nal_rA, Hwasin, and Frozean.

Yeah, I'm just slightly crazy, dunno what I was getting at there. Midas is 3-2 in ace matches this season, it's just that he's pulled through in them the past two games. He's also the only T1 member to win an ace match this season at all (they're 3-8 now, and those 8 losses were in a row).

Midas has been placed out there mostly in his TvT too, which I find interesting. IIRC his Matchups are TvP>TvZ>TvT (only my memory, if anyone has statistics that'd be great) so I'm quite surprised to see that. Ofc, he could just have been played on Geometry a lot, It'd have to be a fucking scary proposition for anyone to play Midas on that map. Mind you, it can just as easily be that he's been given the larger number of TvT's from luck of the draw by by team's coaches though.
