There was a situation during Jeez #57 which we reviewed very carefully again with the team of Jeez admins and decided to enforce minor disciplinary action against Eonzerg for three consecutive tournaments (58, 59, 60).
Reason: Bad manners and admins' time waste after his game vs Casper (lol, Casper again?).
Please avoid quarreling with admins, especially when their actions are preordained in the rulebook a year before the situation.

Ok, I'm not going to defend cursing and going crazy but it was very understandable why Eon felt hurt.
I haven't read your rules also because your description "100$ minimal" doesn't speak volume about the prize pool or distribution of it also, which we understand now is only for first place.
The situation was Casper messed up his build early on and decided he can auto leave while using some mouse problem as an excuse without even trying to fix ingame and pausing lol? Further more the replay obviously showed the mess up which was forgotten supply if I'm not mistaken(haven't watched it but I trust one of our top5 all time legends word for it?).
When the situation was explained in channel I was the only one defending Eon because its super obvious to a player of my caliber that thats an automatic loss while all the biased russians including gory(shame on you for taking his side because you are one of our very best and you should be above this) started bashing and pressuring Eon into re While no ADMIN came into the channel for a very long time.
Conclusion was Eon out of pressure, frustration and tilt took the rematch and lost to an otherwise far inferior player.
After that even I acted abit like a child in attempt to make them play a third game because I thought it was very unfair they played a second one even.
It would be nice to hear Jeez Weekly official statement about Casper behavior because he was cursing no less than Eon and was raging even more after I completely destroyed him.
Side note: you may want to consider pulling Jeez a tiny bit back timewise when there are BSL finals and stuff for example.

who the heck is this Parfume dude anyways? He clearly has the skill to beat players like ZeLoT, Shine, Scan, etc.. he could have played in the ASL qualifiers if he wanted to and maybe even get in, imo. Anyone knows who this dude is? He came out of nowhere, too..

My oponent made a Proxy barrack and forgot his supply.if you watch the replay his apm never drop from 400.he just decided to leave the game.instead admins took his side and started to tell me to proof he didnt have a problem.

He played in the jeez weeklys since the very beginning and also played in stpl for souL. Chances are he played in asl qualifiers, but we don't know his korean name, so we cant really find out

You should change your stupid rules as more then one very high level player explained why leaving at 1:58 because of a forgotten supply is a definite loss in any sensible tourney rules and Eons comparison to a 9 pool forgotten over was perfect example. You are embarrising yourself by not immediately changing that rule. Not to mention if you want to abuse it you can do different scouts and edge techniques in which if you don't scout what you need you can leave? For example 2gate infront of a random base at 1:58 and if he is not there I leave?

4. Casper said something about Eon not attacking and used that as an argument for re. Would Eon have won if he had 9 pool despite 2min?

I unfriended Mr.Brain from discord because he doesn't seem to realize the seriousness of the situation and is acting silly to say the least.
No more free advice for any of your tournaments and if you don't change your rules the rest of the players who won't protest will atleast abuse it. Good luck playing another tourney with that rule Buddy and if you keep banning Legends like Eon and leaving guys like Casper unpunished its Icarus all over again. NO THX! Save your money I got my brains.

As community demands, I would like to follow up on this thread as Jeez Weekly master admin.
First of all, I do really find this situation a minor case. I believe that cerca 30 years players should be able to resolve such matters themselves, without the necessity to spend others (admins') time excessively. Moreover, I believe the top tier non-Korean player such as Eonzerg should have stayed calm, accepted a regame which was entirely within the frame rule at the time of the tournament. He should have easily defeated allegedly cheating but by far lower skill opponent such as Casper in a most humiliating manner and follow up to admins showing gaps/ flaws in the existing rulebook. That's mature, professional, skillful.
Second, I believe it is not permittable to object an admin, even if you believe the judgment is not correct. Humiliating an admin as a worst-case objection is not tolerated at all. Imagine sanctions in KeSPA or Football. Isn't disqualification/ Red card imminent?
Third, appealing to a flag is entirely morally flawed. I find it Russophobic, and on top of that, anyone Russophobic playing in Russian-hosted tournament - hypocritical + Show Spoiler +, which I personally do not respect at all.
Therefore, I've brought an entire team of Jeez Weekly admins to discuss this once again, instead of doing other things (indeed, 30+ years men have plenty of those). I assume, three tournaments ban for Eonzerg is excessive in the way that he lose his chances to claim Jackpot. Therefore, he can play. Yet, following Sec 1, 2 and 3 above, three tournaments ban is insufficient penalty.
For the next 10 tournaments, from Jeez #58 to Jeez #67 any prize Eonzerg may claim will be withheld to the benefit of Jackpot. Eonzerg will receive $0.
Although there was a two-minute regame rule, the community here helped to find proper pieces of evidence Casper to trying to manipulate rules to his own benefit. Therefore, Casper is at least equally guilty, and the same restriction will apply.
For the next 10 tournaments, from Jeez #58 to Jeez #67 any prize Casper may claim will be withheld to the benefit of Jackpot. Casper will receive $0.
Two minutes rule derived from the old ladder systems, such as Classic Battle.net, Game-i or PGT.
Nonetheless, it seems quite safe to decrease this time from two to one minute.

Since you have a p.s urging us to keep our word you obviously miss understood why we had it in the first place which was your silly rule, horrible reaction and if there is a 10 tourney punishment obviously its not something that the players can handle themselves.
Instead of aknowledging how poorly you and your staff dealt with the situation you have been giving attitude in public and in private!
May I also remind you if you don't want me personally to play in your tournaments then maybe you shouldn't send me a friend request on discord messsaging me about your tournaments reminding me to sign up because I'm a notable player.

Everyone knows me and mr Rus_Brain has had our disagreements, he has his way of handling his tournaments and events, and sometimes I don't agree with everything.
BUT when it comes to being a professional host and and also a terrific guy in person, I have nothing but respect for mr Rus_Brain. <3
I only have good things to say about him (and Moscow) when it comes to being hosts for BW events. So I don't get why anyone would be worried about going to Russia (and I'm from Sweden).

I was simply talking about his biased actions and decision making in regards to tournament rules.
I'm sure he was a great host to everyone who attended. That still doesn't change the fact that a lot of good players were scared to try to qualify for his tournaments in Russia because of his recent tournament actions.

I remember there was a new rule introduced on iccup ladder back into the 2008-09 as the massive cases of protosses abusing proxy gates inside enemies' bases on 2 player maps. If it was scouted they just left and it was draw (not sure if it was under 1:30 or 2:00 minute mark). So according to new rule you could report them to be penalized for ladder points and a lose though you didnt get a win and points by yourself.

If I'm not dead or crippled I will eventually make enough money to sponsor minimum 50k$ tournaments every year SWC(Starcraft World Cup for example) or maybe make it an online league doesn't really matter the point is I love this game the way I love my integrity and morals so there will be fair play and good money at some point one way or the other amigos
p.p when non kors start playing all day again and can do comfortably sustaining a family then we will see how good these Koreans are ^^

Not sure what word you want me to have balls to keep? Anyway... the response you posted do clear things up and getting rid of that horrible rule (that left the admins way to much freedom of interpretation) would be the best you could do. I looked into the rule book and it state one example of 5 pool vs 12FE... and the other 2000 scenarios was up for admins interpretation... which in this case was clearly wrong.
Get rid of it and I will stand by my word and keep watching your tournaments which are, all things aside, great and awesome for the community. I thank you for that.
Also... I stand by my word that I beat Casper 😉

Let's say I do a BBS and mis-calculate the building placement or get scouted by drone so I just quit? A bit of a weird decision to be sure. As Marwin said, in tournaments where replays can be reviewed, the rules are usually flexible depending on interpretation of the situation.
As for the admins to say "just man up and beat him in the regame if you are so good" is beyond unprofessional.

i made a mistake. i have to admit i was already titted with dreamer.and my imagination is really big. i saw a big complot going and how something so obvious to me. i didnt understand why it wasnt for others.i see this guy insulting me everywhere and while i ignored it i had the terrible luck of meeting him as admin in bwjeez.with the unluck that casper also did a shitty move.i just exploded.but it happen cuz i was with the mindset of it anyway.i will ban myself from jeez for now.The true i just wanted to play some games.i didnt want to get in such situation and i ended anyway.

Increasing the penalty and masking it as making it lighter in corporate speak is also scummy as hell, and increasing it in the first place over this is quite absurd, considering eon wasn't even the one who first mentioned it in this thread, he just put his side of the story in here.

Artosis has the same problem at least once a game. His supply depot simply, "doesn't build".
Anyone halfway decent at the game knows why that happens. The fact that Brain is STILL defending Casper is just beyond absurd. The corruption is real in Russia.

I'm not sure if some people are being sarcastic or not, because Brain is actually claiming that his depot magically didn't build, despite the video showing Casper having 400 apm at all times. It's very hard to do that if your mouse doesn't work. If you have 400 apm you can use one of those actions to tell the scv to build a depot again.

My first decision was based on a set of rules. After watching replay, I turned to master admin for a consultation. After which was made final decision. Where did I lie?

Well in fairness, it's quite evident that Casper didn't realize that depot didn't make and went ahead and made the gas. This is a mistake by him and should never entitle him for a redo. This case should have ended up the minute it happened. It didn't, and after an admin made a decision, the first one started to curse an admin and all the nation he belongs to. The other one started to make bad jokes and curse the first. It is just and fair to cut both tongues for ten tournaments.

3. Do we think that there is some extra support and favoritism going on here because it's a Russian tournament and a Russian player doing the cheating? I think so.
4. eOn is a top 3 foreigner, undisputed, I would say. And not just I, probably all of us, yes? Then why is he being punished because he made the right scout. That 2 minute rule was there just to prevent ladder abusers back in iccup. But even in current ladder, if you leave before 2 minutes, you still get a loss. So why are we leveraging old iccup rules from 10 years ago. In today's ladder, he would get a loss.
5. Are we saying that in any other tournament in the future, if you leave before 2 minutes for a reason like "I forgot" then you get a re game? Ok. Let's get BSL, BWCL, and all other leagues to agree. Sure, jeez can make whatever rules it wants, but if you're trying to do what's FAIR, then the 2 minute rule makes zero sense. Horrible rule, you say... Okay, lets imagine how you decide this situaion. Imagine if my mouse got broken and i cant say it to eon. Im going p9 and he is going 12h - now i cant control my lings. Or may be i cant write for i while because my keyboard is off or lags. May be its a bug, i dont know. The only thing i know the game crushed to me because of technical problems.
The only thing i can do about this is leave a game and call to admin to make his decision about this situation. What would you do? Give me technical loss? Force a re-game if nothing really happened before, even could happen...?
As i think, if i were an admin or organizer of this tour - thats i could not be prejudice for both of players. So i believe capser and i believe eon. Since nothing happened yet i think in BO1 tournament regame its a more fair decision. Especially its not a money or knockout bounty game and no other situations of that kind happened with casper or eon during a past year season.
I really would like to listen for your type judgment you will make.
P. S. And as far as i know eon played re-game vs casper and lost. After that he got a bit mad and shittalked to much. He was warned and got a ban only for rude words. Too much trash talk were used.

If you're playing in a tournament and your mouse breaks, that is NOT cause for your opponent to have to play a re-game.
That is a PERSONAL problem that has NOTHING to do with your opponent or the game being played. If your keyboard is off or lags, that is a PERSONAL problem. Until you prove that there was indeed a game related bug and not a PERSONAL problem related to computer accessories, you're the only one at fault. Not your opponent, not the tournament organizer, not the admin. PERSONAL problems are not cause for a re-game. Personal problems such as computer accessories malfunctioning or running out of battery life is cause for a pause, NOT a re-game.
I am lost for words after reading so many nonsensical responses from so many clueless people.
