Scan having by this time already 2 times more bases is repulsed by tanks and wraiths

Upgrades +2 to attack tanks do their job against zero upgrades from TerrOr and Scan becomes the winner

if this is the real Shy I remember from back in the day then I think he should be. He's at least at Parfume's level.
