Oh, that was painful to watch old generation biting dust vs. newer generation. Still I liked how JD played, especially 2nd game. I'm sure he has an ability to take out Last if he could train more late game macro, 30+ min. games without his wrist hurting, that could be my dream. Rain is too hot, the Bisu of current era so it's expected him taking out Stork. I'm glad Stork still competing, don't count him out he can do wonders if he wants. | ||

Give us our BW OST next time! Do you mean the in-game music being really quiet? They seem to have had audio level issues every cast this season, since they moved to the new studio. Something is always off. For groups A and B you could sometimes barely hear the cast over the in-game sound, now we seem to have reverse. I have hope that they'll sort it out for next week though. I'm with you on the music, you need the the soundtrack (particularly terran themes) to generate the appropriate levels of hype for the game, it just doesn't feel right without it. | ||

Collosseum is such a cool map, I had forgotten. I am not speaking about balance, but aesthetically it is great and the feel of the map is epic. The level of play for opening night of all 4 groups was just abysmal though. It gets really hard for me to enjoy BW games now. There is only 4-5 players left that come somewhat (but not really) close to the KESPA era. Half the players in the Ro16 are just not competitive anymore at all. | ||

Rain goes 3 gateway, the most overpowered build. Stork goes 1 gateway + robotics... Amazingly Stork builds an observatory instead of bay, blindly expecting that Rain would go DT... WTF? He builds observers so he could see more clearly how Rain's incoming dragoons are about to destroy his base... And now comes the best part. Realizing that he messed up the build, Stork kills a kakaro, which is a sign that he will loose the game anyway, as killing a critter has always been the bad bearing omen. But Stork did not kill the kakaro because he knew what was about to come from Rain, he killed it because he was jealous that kakaroos were flying in the sky, not storks. | ||
