an interesting thing to watch is whether t1 sends midas for ace just to boost his confidence. i suppose if htey do not send midas it is not a big deal but if htey do then they are trying to boost him up a bit.

Midas has nothing else to do but prepare for Proleague, so I expect he'll be t1's ace.

Zerg must have died with 3000 gas in the bank. He mined 3 gas+ all game and made only a handful of lurks, a few defilers, and ups for his mass mass mass ling. It probably didn't help that he had 12 drones in pathing error mode for most of the mid/late game too.

Best[Hyo] 4 Dragoons pwned Hwasins vulture, tank, and 4 or 5 marines and 3 or 4 scvs. But Hwasin pushes more tanks and vultures. Lays a mine! EXPLOSIONNN probess poof.

HwaSin loses his tanks and rines and didn;t lok to have done mych damage with them either.
Vultures moving in now with another tank.
Holy crap that was an awesome mine! got about 5 or 6 probes and a goon as it took the Vulture down with it.

midas JUST started his gas, (for reference hwasin's fact is already done).
he retreats his rines, and buidls bunker above ramp and lands rax at ramp to narrow down the choke.
CC has started for midas nat nat, and factory starts for him now.
hwasin getting fac addon, and his nat is ~60% done as well.

hmm stream skipped for me, i think hwasin tried out midas' ramp with his rine and vult, but wasnt successful. Both players finsih their nat, midas prolly at least 15 seconds faster.
2nd factory for both hwasin and midas, midas getting first fac addon.

midas repels hwasin's drop with 2 tanks, wriath chases the dropship as golis are picked up. Hwasin redrops goliaths in midas' main, gets 1 tank kill before dying, dropship survives

midas opts to shuttle 2 golis to 6 island to kill scvs, they all die i think.
hwasin loaded his units in dropships to kill that, but midas is now laddering tanks up into hwasin's main.
hwasin drops 3 dropships worth of units on midas' units, and with help of his ground troops manages to kill it off.

midas' rax is about to burn down... might affect the game when he has to rebuild facts if doesnt notice.
midas sieges some tanks below his main to ward off hwasin's progression.
hwasin drops units at 7 main on top of midas' small defense force, he may have lost a ship in teh process though.
midas' 7 will most likely feall

Midas is so slow at spotting expos too. Hwasin was scouting the entire game while Midas needed like 4 minutes to find 3. Had he killed it right away he would have won for sure.

i dont know why you guys think midas was in advantage.. he did 8 rax and failed to gain any advantages.. from that point on i knew midas was gonna lose.. he was behind in gas thus in tech and he even spent 100 on bunker.. wtf man?

yea, it seemed to me like midas was behind the entire game. his expos were up slower and he could never secure a 3rd gas like hwasin did. midas is a scrub.

He was slightly behind pretty much the whole game but after killing 6 and pushing Hwasin back to his base he really had the momentum. Had he spotted 3 right away instead of stupidly insisting at Hwasin's main he'd have had it in the bag imho.
