Werent you overriding the game by graphics card control panel? Try turning that off. | ||

Can you play windowed fullscreen and/or windowed fine? seems weird that only fullscreen is suffering since that actually requires the least to run the game, out of 3 options (theoretically speaking, for any video game out there) | ||

I will be allowing people to play on Remastered if they have it. I would prefer people play on 1.19 "Does this offer an advantage?" Maybe. I've been noticing a lot of people still play in 4:3 regardless of remastered or not. "Can they stream it?" NO. I know that sucks, but i'm looking to get all the viewers to go to the two casting streams so we can drive donations and viewership to a more centralized place. | ||
