Ya exactly. Gorush was never ahead even with the blunder of Iris. This just goes to show just how weak Gorush's build was...I guess gorush never encountered a 14 cc much in practice on this map.

what would of been a better opening since 2 base zerg cant face 2 base terran? should he have skimped on the sunkens and sacrificed his nat for faster defiler tech or what, its pretty sad that terran can easily defend thier main/expo while raping on the ground and on the islands just by dodging zerg scourge invested in for defence, you can't keep a constant watch on them but terran can come at any time

I know it's expected but I really think Iris will dominate vs goodfriend. GF tends to have safe uninspired play. This kind of play can't win against Iris. Goodfriend needs to play offensively and force Iris to play defense, which isn't his game.

TheFoReveRwaR the build was fine..

He shouldve used a fast lair build with fast slow drop/sunkening his nat...then taken 2 islands while getting a spire and upgrading armor. From there he would have 3 gases to mass muta while teching lurk/hive. This is of course with hindsight; and is 20/20. I'm not blaming gorush, he obviously expect a different build from Iris. Nonetheless his build was incorrect according to Iris's build.
