I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's just him calling Sea's name (Yum Bo Sung) in a friendly way.
Sea said something like, "Ha Jae Ya," earlier, so I assume it's him calling Jaehoon.

Also, Sea apparently didn't see carriers coming.
So Jaehoon replied something like, "Sea, you've had it really tough recently."
I'll have to watch the VOD again later or something.
I missed some of it.

This game looks like what Larva vs sSak in VNSL would have looked like if Larva had the money for cows earlier and if sSak became defensive like Mong here.
