I went with ipx first, sea second. Im pretty sure about IPX making it but after that its pretty much a toss up with jaedong involved, although I think sea has the advantage over casy in tvt.

agreed, a 3-2 win isn't lackluster, the micro he showed in those games were somewhat Boxer-ish.

i was impressed with casy 3-1 chojja in the final
it was the first time i could endure to watch more than 1 tvz games in a row. usually the lurkerling vs mnm tanks gets to repetitive but his micro was so pimp during that osl i actually enjoyed watching his games. Casy is a good player, not over or underated. He has his moments, and he usually makes his mark up to somewhere around quarterfinal in the last couple OSLs i have seen, im sure that if midas ever takes an osl sometime in the future that the same will be said about him. "hes over-rated bla bla bla, bad tvp bla bla bla"

Casy's TvZ is yet to be tested - He has not played Yellow[name], GGplay, or jaedong (e.g. those with a 60-70% TvZ win rate in the current year, may be wrong). Beating Chojja in TvZ really doesn't mean much, as it was always his weakest matchup. For that matter, I dont think Casy even beat/played jju (another consistent ZvTer) this year. Casy drops his second rax, as savior has a pool going. The second rax was a little slow, and savior trapped the terran scv scout with four drones up against the wall. That was sheer dumb luck, and the third hatch from savior is thus unscouted.

Now a spire is down for savior, and he also snuck in a couple lings into the terran base. He hides another few lings outside the terran choke, and tries to get inside. Nice micro by casy, he killed all lings but one, and sent his MM force to the zerg choke. Only three sunks, but mutas pop just in time. Now casy is running home, but he is going to get eaten up by the mutas if he isnt careful

Many muta out for savior now. Casy isnt runnng his mm home, and the mutas are going to fuck them all up. Casy really needs to get under cover. He loses two scv scouts, and now mutas are harassing the terran natural. Savior has lost a few mutas now to rines and a turret,

Last time Jaedong and Casy played, Casy was sharp and Jaedong was invited for their all-star.
That game on Arcadia is still one of my favorite games in recent times.
I hope it's as good.... I don't know who I want to win.
EDIT - And there was a certain terran who did break a early set up behind his own wall with SCV+Marine... I remember Xellos being involved in that game... I forgot if he broke or was the container...

and whats the deal with oov, pusan, and july. I havent seen much with them lately since they all have been in a slump for a while.

Jae has a drones in the terran base, and Casy just finishes his rax now. Pool first from jae but no gas yet, I think he will take his nat now. Casy's first rine is also walking north.

Rock is out of ODT
Bisu, Free, Much, Stork and TT still have a chance to qualify.
Pusan qualified for MSL and didn't make it to ODT cause of Free
Oov is in ODT and has a good chance of making it out. He didn't attempt the MSL qualifiers.
July is in ODT and will be in next MSL Survivor league

Good job by Casy who infiltrates into Jaedong's main and kills a few drones. I'm not totally sure this was that effective though, since Jaedong was just remaking drones in the meantime.

A vital bunker was taken down while empty but Jaedong's Muta/Ling attempt didn't do enough damage.
The earlier drone damage is showing and Casy's SCV count + econ is healthy.
Jaedong is resuming Muta pump but the pressure isn't so strong atm.

Casy survived that quite well. Jaedong's last move was useless, he lost most of his stuff against too many m&m.

His TvP is by far his worst matchup. When in Shinhan OSL and Shinhan Season 1 OSL, Casy's TvZ and TvT were at the top of the world. In Shinhan OSL, he ran into a 5 game TvT-fest against iloveoov in the semifinals and barely lost. After the match iloveoov told the crowd it was very hard and he was very tired. Casy then played the Loser's Final against PuSan but his TvP is not that good and he got trashed 0-3.
In Shinhan 1 OSL, he squeaked through the group stages and got the last wildcard spot. He was very fortunate cause his road to the final involved no Protoss. He got Cloud, ZergMaN, YellOw, and ChOJJa. There were just way too many Zergs in Shinhan 1 with a lot of Zerg favoring maps. Fortunate for Casy his TvZ was BOMB and he road that to an OSL victory.
