I don't know who has the right or wrong of the argument...but Kiss, your written english here is pretty poor. Making it some pretty good irony when you call trutactz out for bad English.

That's actually a bit of an interesting situation though of KR <-> Poland is always lag situation. Not sure what the equitable way to resolve that would be.

By saying KR <-> Poland, dont include all of polish players. Because i smoothly play high latency games on fish with the most.(Happens on ICCup too) And it actually doesn't matter what nationality anfod's opponent would be. Because he lagged with everyone.

If a player lags with everyone ban is clearly a fair option in my opinion.

Now if two people lag only with each other, then it becomes hard. As far ad ICC program, doesn't that just work similar to #LL command, or is there some difference I am unaware of?
