The regular season encounter finished in favor of Courage, when they won in Week 6 with a Score of 4 to 2 against Ace.
Let's take a look at that match:

CityShuffle < Sniper Ridge > SniperTerran
CityShuffle < Fighting Spirit > Nagisama

SniperTerran performed a three-kill for Courage and took out the two french protoss bro's floadriblere and michamicha. But could not acutally go for the allkill as CityShuffle, Ace's Ace Zerg and current MVP of the league, could prevent it. SniperTerran is a big threat to Ace. But as far as I know, he is currently more or less inactive. Courage then sent out Nagisama, our dear friend and chief-editor of this league's Liquipedia page. CityShuffle managed to take Nagisama out and Ace scored the 2-3.

EchOne aka prOphecy_, the captain of Courage did send out Sentenal next, which took CityShuffle out. So we could not see the epic clash between CityShuffle and prOphecy_, which take the first and second spot in the MVP rankings. Sentenal was the only person to defeat CityShuffle in this league up to this date. Maybe we will get our epic clash this time.

The three biggest threats for the opposing teams on the rosters are in my opinion:
Ace:
CityShuffle, L1ghtning and CoughingHydra
Courage:
prOphecy_, aeghrur and Sentenal

Both teams deserve their spot in the finals as they lost combined together only 3 clanwars out of 14 (and 1 out of this loss was between these two teams). So they have a win percentage clanwar-wise of about 80%, which is really impressive.

I am sure this clanwar will be the best in this whole Allkill-League and I am very excited about this, as you should also be.

My prediction for this grand finals is:
Courage < 4 - 3 > Airforce Ace Of Spades

and thus Courage winning their third consecutive title in a row. Nevertheless it will be extremely close and either side can win now.

NW Power was already a powerhouse when they signed up. They probably had the most borderline D+/C- players in their rows. For me they were the favorite to win this league. So I also see them as favorites against DeSPA. DeSPA started out with getting walkovered by NW Power in week 1. Following short after DeSPA was at risk of disbanding, when sGs.L_Master stepped up and took over DeSPA. With the acquisition of [BB]KaiGreene and later on with Miss.Click.. they gained the power to get into playoffs.

NW Power lost in the semis against Airforce Ace Of Spades with a score of 2-4.
DeSPA lost in the other semis against Courage with a score of 1-4.

Biggest threats to the opposing teams:

DeSPA:
