I am open to say that Anti-Hack isnt needed, but he must have LanLatency. If he can get any launcher (ICCup, Wlauncher, Fishlauncher, Chaoslauncher) to work I am fine with it that he participates, but not without, sorry.
P.s. Mellial you need to choose between PvP and TvP or announce it 1 week ahead.

And 54% Of the players are Protoss in all their Match ups (I counted the players that have teams and the free agents). I don't know what to think of this. I mean it is around 50% usually in these D rank leagues so this isn't a surprise at all.

Everyone who is interested in it. I am thinking about casting it myself with a introvideo and hype and such things. But I dunno if I will have the motivation to create a hypeintrovideo and set up a cast. Also I do not want to cast alone, since my spoken english is probably not something you would want to listen the whole time in a cast :D
Anyway everybody can cast it. Just tell me and I will put you in the OP and send you the replays every monday/tuesday (hopefully I will have all reps at this time, but I will try to enforce it) and a Banner to include in the cast.

Ah, I could write a program to create Round Robin tournament scheduler if you want. The algorithm is pretty simple.
Something like you just enter a list of teams and it outputs the rounds & matches.

If Team Manner Hatch is too lazy to draft someone and are holding up the draft, IMO just skip them, their fault for not paying attention. But the fact that the team captain isn't paying attention to this and week 1 hasn't even started yet is troubling.

And also, I'd be delighted to help cast this if possible. ^_^ Would you mind just posting the vods through repdepot here every week? I think that'd be an easy way for any who are interested to help cast it.

Ye I agree about this issue. Team Manner Hatch you have the time to draft til Thursday 16:00 GMT (+00:00). If they do not draft by then I will announce what happens next (skip or someone else etc.).
Also I will probably make a reppack every week and upload it to a filehoster. Making it better to download them (not one by one, so you do not get spoilered).

BTW since the summertime ended in europe I need to know what time is better for you. Since we agreed on 6pm CEST, I most likely will hold this time, but if you think 6pm CET is better I will switch times.

For the sake of it i think you should hold on to 17:00 CET , 16:00 GMT (+00:00). If i understood timezones correctly from last spring here,CET (central European timing) its a 6 hour difference with EST and 9 hour difference with california?
Btw does anyone know anyone on team Manner hatch? Maybe we need to get someone who is better known on there, Chrisolo have you sent him a pm with the drafting rules?

As an early 1 week warning, North America (and maybe somewhere else) will be going through daylight savings time changes next week Nov 4th, 2012. Also IIRC, parts of Europe does DST changes later? So it might mess up some scheduling. It probably won't be as bad as the spring DST though, as people will likely just be 1 hr earlier instead of 1 hr later.

Hm, perhaps the times could be scheduled in some country that doesn't use DST, and then the players can convert to that time and everything will work out with it being ok if the organizer(s) don't know who has DST and who doesn't. So China for example doesn't use DST meaning their time never changes. So simply say the match will be at x time China time, and then people can go everytimezone.com and figure it out that way. Or maybe the [time] feature would work? idk. 
Edit: Singapore also does not change times / does not observe DST so that could work too, as they appear on everytimezone.com but China doesn't.
