That's the point he is trying to make. :| Mazur probably plays (played) more on ICCup and got a higher ranking, dsaqwe focusses probably less on ICCup but trains more on Fish. Or dsaqwe played a lot more on Fish after ICCup had less B +++ ranked players. Nobody "needs" to lie in this scenario, if both just reported high ranks from the past 2-3 years. | ||

u say i need tier 4 and 5 but i dont know if i have 5 tier1 5 tier2 and so few tier3 or can u specify how this works? ur example in op confuses me >_< | ||
