great goes hydralisk in most of his hive zvz, but the den tends to start after hive does.

AFAI have seen, he goes for more sunkens and spores than any other zerg i've seen.
Jaedong, however, is much better at hatch/lair tech, rather than hive tech.

Both have a history of showing over-the-top fanboyism and calling attention to each other's alts. Both sets of alts also like Jaedong and post a lot in UFC threads. Both also make graphic-heavy OPs. Both also have roughly the same rate of posts per day. I think [V] is here only because the mods enjoy keeping his OPs around. Were it not for his photoshop skills, he'd be just another iteration of tdot-krayz

Think the problem with it is larvae, you need 3 hatcheries generating larvae to match hydralisk production to be competitive and to use all of your gas / mins when you have 2 gas. And getting up to that is just impossible vs a ling / muta timing vs current builds. On maps where there is a cliff or high ground behind your natural minerals mutalisks could also dance there infinitely and you can't use your hydras against it at all, which is like 90% of all maps now.
