pvps on outlier usually suck
it's either
player 1 makes offensive bo with advantage, attacks and wins
or player 1 makes offensive bo with advantage but doesn't attack (bisu) and loses

In terms of BOs, Stats happened to choose the wrong one. When Stork moved in with considerably more goons, there was nothing impressive to be seen. It became a game of numbers. Props to Stork for his slight payback, but let's not pretend that game was compelling.

Stork's timing was right on the money.
Late enough to have a goon advantage, but early enough to significantly reduce stats's goon count before the reaver came out.
