At the moment, I'd consider Baby to be better than Light in every possible way, including TvZ. Everything about his play has been looking absolutely flawless so far. People are too focused on 2010 Light TvZ when he used to destroy every zerg. Even last season, Baby showed some mindblowing TvZ that was better than anything by Light and was second only to Flash's TvZ.
