are there a lot of new people here who don't know the history between best and flash? not that it's serious history, but there was a point, early in flash's dominance, in summer to fall 2008, when best was considered the top contender to flash for best player in the world, and actually beat him in the middle of a huge streak, i think several times. best is a macro player who specializes in pvt and can't really do anything else anymore. on the other hand, bisu is quite weak in pvt (see his msl series versus mind, his osl series versus iris, etc.).

I would consider Best for ace match, but not after he was crushed by Flash in set5 and you can obviously see Best is nervous as hell, sweating and looking like he is going to collapse.

If your the best player on your team and its a situation like this you jump out on the stage and don't wait for you coach to tell you so.
I understand his PvT isn't the best but if your name is Bisu and this is the finals that shouldn't even matter.

Honestly that Stats vs Soo game quite had me on the edge of the seat, when Soo streamed shitloads of stuff in hope of breaking Stats' nat and main, but Chintoss never faltered

I'm okay with the decision from Coach Park.

You're in a tough spot either way against the likes of Flash, but it's been a while since Fanta has really pushed Flash, and Flash tends to find a way to win anyway. Bisu just doesn't seem to have an answer either (unless he was prepared with a strategic build).

If I'm Flash then I'm going for early aggression again. Hopefully Best has let that first game go and can find a way to turn it into a drawn out macrofest.

In that his TvP winning percentage is "only" at 70.22% ... yes, TvP is Flash's worst matchup statistically. He doesn't really have a "worst" matchup though the way fantasy or ZerO does.
