I remember flying down to pusan? for the first one for prototional stuff and we left before the first game started and got back before the 2nd one did. anyone know how many spectators there are? | ||

KTF: rA (P) at 7, yellow (Z) at 5 KOR: Side (Z) at 11, yellow[name] (rT) at 1 KTF opens by playing for midgame-- yellow goes 2 hatch, taking nat, and rA helps fortify with cannon. KOR plays traditionally, with Side going 9 pool speedling and yellow[name] going 2 rax rines. by the time KOR realizes KTF is going defensive, they have no chance of breaking through. rA makes many cannon at main and techs slowly to templar, while yellow goes almost pure muta. KOR seems lost throughout, not really choosing any target. yellow[name] decides to go tanks instead of increasing m and m count to break through. Side's tech is also very late b/c he is pumping lings. KOR decides to hit rA but rA has too many cannon by the time they decide to attack-- dt emerge to join yellow's reinforcing muta to stop the attack cold. after this it's basically "waiting to die" for KOR-- rA even expands at 6 and has templar tech going, while yellow's muta break through the 4 spores that Side has in his main, erasing Side completely. yellow[name] tries to push yellow's nat with a few tank and m & m but the game is basically over and KTF win. Side seemed to be chasting yellow[name] throughout the game and he had his head in his hands after the game was over. bad manner side yelling at your teammate!! :-P | ||

Reach scouts with 4th probe, but goes toward 12 rather than 6. He builds a pylon in the center of the map, clearly planning to go proxy gates. After building one gate with the same probe, Reach scouts Casy and goes back to build another gate. Casy, sensing something is wrong, goes directly toward the center with an scv and discovers proxy gates | ||

Casy blocks it somewhat and goes acad, adds a rax. Reach keeps reducing rine count with zeals, goes cyber. Casy wins fight with a hero firebat, goes toward center and takes out pylon. | ||

Game is effectively over as Casy has plenty of scan to take out Reach's few dt that arrive too late. Casy takes out Nexus. | ||

Chojja just barely holds off attack with 7 or 8 sunken and muta. KTF how has advantage as rA is alive, Side is basically out. | ||

TheMarine's been changing his style lately though; being a lot more aggressive than he used to. Like his games where he fast tank pressure, or fast drop on Chojja on Raid-Assault. | ||

Commentators: Garimto saying will the "new" TheMarine show up, he has been scary recently. Kim Do-hyung saying Max has been winning against terran recently so he won't be a pushover. Garimto saying the map Alchemist opens the door for many different variables-- strategy, control, build, etc. Also says how KTF seems stronger in teamplay-- so far KTF winning all the team games, KOR winning all the 1v1 games despite the odds-- therefore, if TheMarine can win, puts alot of pressure on KOR. Garimto also adding that on games on Alchemist most zerg users have been able to get 3 gas-- if it goes this way again, it will be tough for TheMarine. | ||

TheMarine starts at 11, Max starts at 6. 11 considered the best spot on this map. Max scouts immediately with drone. Max makes hatch at his choke, TheMarine goes 2 rax acad. Max stays with 2 hatch, goes lair and sunkens his choke, seemingly planning on ling lurk. TheMarine adds engineering bay, getting upgrade. | ||

Max rushes with 4 swarms, ling lurk, goes as far as TheMarine's choke. TheMarine adding mine vultures, has also expanded to his natural. Max rushes with his entire force. Lots of micro, Max gets into TheMarine's base with swarm ling lurk but TheMarine miraculously stops the push with firebat support. | ||

No one has immediate advantage, but TheMarine does has 2 expos, same number as Max. Max rushes again with ling lurk scourge ultra, again pushes back to TheMarine's bunker/tank line but runs out of swarm at last second and must retreat. This is starcraft's version of tug-o-war | ||

Max just kept going at TheMarine's choke however instead of ever going counter clockwise where TheMarine had basically nothing. Made for a great game however~ | ||

Both teams massing slightly, but Yellow breaks Max's wallin by taking out rax (retreating targetted lings), despite many scv repairing. Cannot enter main b/c of scv wall however. Max has wraith, attacking Yellow-- he has no air defense at all-- loses most drones. Sync only has vultures. | ||

KTF moving out now, going at Side's expo. However, Max's cliff tanks as well as Side's many muta is too difficult to stop. Max moves down with his entire huge force of tank/goli, taking out KTF's rush. Looks very bad for KTF at this point. | ||

*Random Observation: Chojja looks like an elf* KTF players all have their heads down-- tired or praying? Seems a bit of both. Chojja closing his eyes and calming himself (commentators saying he's preparing for his "mind control"), Cloud looks no different than always, staring at the screen and flexing his wrists. KOR coach Im Hyun-soo has his eyes closed and looks like he's in deep thought. Can KTF go an unprecedented 10-0 in the ProLeague? Will upstart KOR ruin their dream? What an epic, dramatic final. GAME START!!!! | ||

Cloud goes into main, takes out 3 sunken and a lurker. Cloud doing lots of damage in main, building bunker behind mineral line in main. Cloud takes out all Chojja drone, also takes out 2 lurker with micro and scan. Chojja gg's. KOR 4:3KTF KOR WIN!!! | ||

Nal_rA who has fucking owned up all of his oponents in proleague, including oov loses to ZeuS who's losing everything he can for the past three months Reach, one of the best and more creative pvt players loses to, Casy - the guy who suck monkeyballs in tvp. Why did SynC play 2v2? Chojja will have to stop choking and getting nervous all the time Why didn't YellOw play 1vs1? KTF players are soooooooo overrated. | ||
