Protoss is Shuttle Not sure about the terran 4 vultures loaded up into a dropship Marines and an scv move in, goons get pulled back in time, vultures lay mines Marines pressing into the nat Mines taking out a few Goons
really loses his rax at his nat, losing vultures, and scvs too really doesn't siege his tanks now he does, behind the cliff to his main shuttle pulls back fleet beacon done, 2nd stargate placed
one dropship out for relaly, is he adding another factory? speedlots head down towards 4 to attack along with goons and carriers, dropship heading west
really brings another 2 tanks to 4, tries to resume mining, carrier picks off one of the 2 tanks, both tanks really has more tanks on top of the cliff - oh boy tank splash on zealot destroys a whole bunch of returning scvs!
Am I the only one that mistypes Hyvaa's name that often? T.T Hyvaa, starting his nat, I think that was a 12 hatch? Both players going to scout in the correct direction
Drone blocks the ramp, but scv gets into the base 3rd hatchery by the ramp of the nat From the minimap looks like Light has his nat aswell He's constructing it, and his acadamy
another ling sacrificed to peek at the forces at the nat scv at 6 destroyed by mutas
dropship heads out north of light's main over a ling patrolling 3! vulture dropped there, muta/scourge heading to intercept but the dropship heads back
I think Light gave away his TvZ to not be Perfectman's bitch anymore 0-2 for his mech Hydra's are 1-0 Vultures hammering away at the 12 nat hatchery morphing Sunken and a lruker picking away at the vultures at 12, but they take out alot of drones Light expoading to inner 7 5, now 6 kills on the last vulture at 12
It seems like T has to play this map really oddly, because to get any kind of map control you need a bigger/faster army... or else just mech and tank lines. But I've not seen anyone go for pure mech here either.

edit: NVM he had a shitton in his nat.
He's only just now about to start getting his third gas too.
Hydra's force lift on the inner 7 CC Irradiate on a hydra o.o Vultures shut down on there waay to run by into 12 again About 10 muta's out for Hyvaa 1-1 for Hydras 1-2 for Mech Lots of mutas out, Guardians maybe?
Muta's massing towards 11 oclock Burrow at 11 Tons of irradiate, Repair fail, Irradiate too slow CC geos down to mass mutalisk Still Hyvaa has tons of Hydras and mutas Tanks pressing the nat CC goes down that was going to inner 4
Mech armry heading towards 12 oclock Mines take out 6 hydras O.O 12 nat getting shelled, losing tons of drones and the hatchery soon Hydras trying to press 4 oclock Gets thwarted
I really liked Hyvaa's gameplan. Had he taken down the third earlier, he might have pulled the momentum towards himself. This is how innovation happens. ^^

I think it helped his mutalisk mass to do a bit more damage. But really, he should have made more use of defilers/cracklings.
He only had +1 muta cara and had to remake his spire since he lost it. If he hadn't lost it then he probably could have just won through pure mass muta.

what? how does hive help mutas? it's not like he was even close to getting +3 air ups
oh yeah, and no cracklings either
That's it, Light was unprepared for this many mutas and went for a very tank heavy build, possibly because the hive lured him to do so. Honestly, I can only speculate, but Hyvaa is smart, and I doubt he would actually make such a mistake easily.
I hope I don't hurt your feelings, but it's true...
Haha. No feelings hurt, but Hyvaa's gameplans are usually very thorough and clever, and I'd say he's one of the progamers whose hands hold him back from achieving greatness with his mind. But nvm, Gogo Bogus!
Bogus loses all but 2 of his vessels to a few mutas and some scourge. Coupled with the group of 5-6 he gifted earlier in SK's 4th, this isn't too good.
vessels strut to 12 and irradiate a bunch of ultras a lot of vessels plagued, swarm stops mnm from marching to 12 again but that will hold things temporarily probably
still, SK now has the initiative - bogus can no longer threaten 12 and 6 while the next ultraling group finally breaks 3, scvs flee immediately as the CC lifts
On May 22 2011 14:46 moopie wrote: Not sure why Bogus even bothered to make those tanks, they have yet to move out of 4.5. Because of that he has no solid map control.

bogus vs soulkey was a really fun game to watch. Bogus is getting really good these days. I wonder if he would of won that game had not made those 2 big mistakes (moving out MnM too early and losing a lot of SCVs to only a few weak mutas and then losing 2 full dropships trying to drop main). his vessels and mines were EVERYWHERE that game :O
14 cc from last, getting away with cross positions lings rush into the nat, scvs pulled off the line, get wrecked Marine is out, 2 lings left CC at the nat is still not complete No gas from Zero, 3rd hatch in base CC complete for Last

Lair completed spire morphing 2 rax alone for Last, acadamy almost complete Lings and marines just standing there Ebay is under construction Acadamy complete and flashing
Hydralisk den has been spotted inside Zero's main. Don't know if he's going for a grand slam attack or a quick tech switch to catch Last off guard. Expo at 5 is going down for Zero.
Bunker in the nat goes down. Almost compromised his natural.
Last is going for a timing attack before lurker morph is done. Doesn't look like he will make it.
Last scans the 5 oclock hatchery morphing +1 at the ebay is upgrading Firebats in the bunker, take out so many lings Muta ling break? attempt fails Bio force moving up the map, Lurkers are morphing, this has to be timed perfectly Scan revieles the lurkers Lurkers burrow in time, a line of yellow streaming up towards the nat +1 attack complete for the marines 6 lrukers for Zero 5th hatchery and queens nest morphing for Zero 3 ports, building wraiths!
Fail drop by Last but the wraiths kill at the mutas in the chaos. Wraiths have some free reign but last wastes them by flying them into spore colonies.
Last showing some terrible micro control.
M&M force outside zero's nat but it's guarded well with many lurkers.
2 dropships fly past an ovie at 1 to drop in zero's main, plenty of lings ready, but not enough? 2 lurkers join the party 1 dropship scourged, other dropship loads up again, drops more marines only for them to die
Zero has 5 lurkers at 5 nat Planting a hatchery at the nat Defilers are in play Two dropships get spotted, but will be dropping att he back of the main, One dropshup gets sniped, Only 3 marines get through, lrukers destroy them Dropship running away with a marine or two MnM force coming to attack 5 nat Vessel gets sniped by some scourge Last pulls back from 5 nat Another drop in the main, dropship pulls back
last is playing like shit here, he's consistently dropping against a zerg who is 100% prepared to defend them all and he's STILL doing drops while not expanding or doing tech switch
One of three dropships sniped All 3 go down Nydus gets sniped, but playgu on the marines 2-2 for bio Another dropship gets sacked 3 evo chambers Last finally getting his mineral only 2-1 for lurkers Hydralurk destroyingt his MnM vessel force Hydralurk pressing the nat
