Dear looks like in trouble when s2's Mutas fly into his main and cause a ruckus, but his goon-heavy army then thrashes s2's Hydras near Dear's 3rd. Dear now pushing into s2's nat. s2 ggs.

Shuttle maynards his probes to the 3rd, meanwhile a force by Sea is arriving there to attack. A surround from Shuttle takes out all the tanks but not before losing his Nexus >_>; meanwhile Sea's 3rd has finished and is now mining, giving him an economic lead.
And now Carriers are out for Shuttle. How surprising.

Shuttle reveals his 2 Carriers, they attack Sea's vultures in the middle of the map. Sea drops 2 tanks at 12, killing the probe that would build Shuttle's nexus there. He also prepares to take an island expo of his own.
Sea pushes in the middle, his Goliath+Tank+Vulture proves overwhelming to Shuttle's Carrier+Goon army, and forces them to back off. Sea has expanded to a 5th(!) base, Shuttle spots it, sends some units but they are promptly dealt with.
Battle at Sea's 5th but even with Carriers Shuttle couldn't destroy it? His main is now mined out

if they're so lazy to say at least something - why do they really bother commentating? Just shut up and pull the volume up for the actual NORMAL commentary TT

I feel like one base builds are somewhat viable but pros don't practice them enough to use them for anything but cheese.
It's also horrendously difficult to play one-base versus 12 hatch unless the rush distance is short. When you one-base tech, you're really hoping the Zerg makes early lings... otherwise his economy kicks into gear too quickly and your timing window is boned.

I think Sea is trying to do a mech switch but s2 isn't attacking or killing much so he can't free up supply ^^
This game will probably last for 30 more minutes at this rate.

Sea might not be at his best condition but s2 is even more terrible, he lets Sea takes half the map unopposed. Now everyone is introduced to a 30+ minute snoozefest of mindless suicide into tanks.

Is it just me or do skt-zergs reallly have another mentality to play games. Everytime I watch them play it seems to me that they are not trying to win the game. The first thought is like "Ok I defend first and block some attacks yeaa" and if the opponent is bad they try some strange things and try do win somehow.

s2's bases look to be very poorly saturated. And another ultralisk-heavy army gets cleaned up.

One thing Zerg can do is to not lose 20+ drones to Vulture harass while throwing units without a plan at the Terran front. S2 did this most of the game, but then he just stopped. His attacks weren't planned anymore and his Vulture defense was non-existant. Mech is not imba, the first 2/3 of this game prove it.

But how do you defend vs Vulture harass, if you barely deal with terran unit count and throw all your resources in it? If you make some less offensive units and commit to defence - terran just goes and breaks your front. X_X
